The U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, is seeking qualified small businesses to perform the removal and replacement of four existing Lochinvar Copper-Fin II CFN1802PM water heaters with four new identical units at the Federal Detention Center in SeaTac, Washington.
