HVAC Units Replacement in Culinary Arts

Only vendors who attend the mandatory bid conference will have their submissions considered for this solicitation. The project involves replacing an existing 7.5-ton, gas-fired HVAC unit with DX-coils, manufactured by Bryant and installed in 2010, with a new 12.5 SEER packaged unit using modern refrigerants such as R-410A or R-454B. The replacement unit will provide cooling to the Classroom and Banquet Hall at the Culinary Arts facility in Indiana. The scope of work includes installing the new unit while reusing existing electrical disconnects, ductwork, and thermostat wiring.
