Hydrant & Sprinkler Repair & Replacement

The purpose of this solicitation is to find a responsible contractor(s) to provide fire hydrant and fire sprinkler repairs and replacements, and other related services throughout the District. All work shall be completed on a turnkey basis, ensuring systems are fully operational, compliant, and restored to original or better condition upon completion. Services will be for all CCPS sites as necessary and will be performed in conjunction and with the full knowledge of the Maintenance Department. Bidder(s) shall abide by the minimum requirements set hereto. All items to be utilized as needed at various locations throughout CCPS.
It is the intent of CCPS to have repairs and replacements performed by a third-party vendor who is not involved in performing inspections of said fire hydrant and fire sprinkler systems, and therefore, any bid received from a vendor performing any of these services will not be considered.
