The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) hereby issuing a Request for Information (RFI) from all potential sources to provide provision and installation of non-welded steel piping in multiple laboratories to supply hydraulic fluid pressure between existing and planned existing MTS hydraulic power units (HPU) and MTS and NSWCCD-developed hydraulic testing systems. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this RFI notice. SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required support services to meet the NSWCCD requirements. NSWCCD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to brooks.a.mclean.civ@us.navy.mil by 10:00AM ET, 17 June 2026. Responsesshall list N00167-26-SIMACQ-CD-61-0087 in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted. This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal.
