The survey vessel will reside at the District headquarters in Rock Island, Illinois, will be trailered daily, and will be used to conduct Project Condition Surveys, Pre and Post dredging surveys, and other miscellaneous surveys on the Illinois River, Mississippi River, and reservoir projects within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Rock Island District. The proposed action will be a firm fixed price commercial supply. The required quantities will be spelled out in the solicitation itself, FOB destination. The solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided.
