The subscription license includes software access and maintenance for the term but no additional deliverables such as training or support are specified. Pricing, contract value, packaging requirements, inspection criteria, and special clauses like security clearances or options are not disclosed in the available information, and no representations, certifications, or attachments are listed. The absence of evaluation factors, clause details beyond the Ombudsman provision, and formal contract type designation reflects the streamlined nature of the commercial sole-source acquisition.
