The United States Department of Agriulture (USDA), National Finance Center (NFC), Computer Resources Management Branch (CRMB) intends to make a sole source award to International Business Machine (IBM) Corporation, located100 N. Sepulveda Blvd., El Segundo, CA 90245 for proprietary maintenance. The specific packages are; IBM Sterling Connect: Direct Legacy S&S, Connect Direct Max Server S&S; Connect Direct Sterling MIPS S&S; IBM Sterling Connect Direct Simultaneous Session annual SW subscription & Support Renewal. Period of Performance will be October 1, 2011 thru September 30, 2012. This action is a follow-on to a previous contract award and will provide for the continued use of maintenance software support. If no responses are received within seven (7) calendar days of publication of this notice, the Government will issue a purchase order.
