AFLCMC/C3IBK hereby awards on a sole source basis, an Indefinite Quantity – Indefinite Delivery type contract for the sustainment and modernization of the Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) Common Interactive Broadcast (CIB) Uplink Site (CUS) program to include the United States Government and Collaborating Nations (CNs) as directed by the IBS Program Office. Requirements include program management, engineering and onside support, hardware/software upgrades and sustainment, site modifications, contract field service support, configuration management, logistics, technical analysis and studies, training development and administration, security compliance, and test and integration activities.


This acquisition will be issued sole source to L3Harris Technologies Integrated Systems L.P. (CAGE: 05395). The period of performance is 1 March 2026 – 28 February 2031 (basic period of one (1) year and four (4) 1-year options). The applicable NAICS code is 541330.


The authority for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
