Section I The County of Santa Clara (the “County”) is requesting bids from vendors to provide Ice Cream for the Office of the Sheriff as specified under this Invitation to Bids (ITB). Please refer to the "Ice Cream Specifications and Requirements" document.
Product Name and Brand are provided for reference. The County will consider equal or better products. County is the sole judge in determining if the offered products are equal or better.

This is an ALL or NONE Bid, The quantities indicated are estimates and based on an initial assessment. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the quantity and dollar volume to be ordered. Where a contract is awarded, the required products are to be provided on an as-needed basis or pre-determined schedule.
DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award. Bid prices should account for delivery as all products are to be shipped FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed.
Upon request, the County may require samples at no charge from the apparent lowest, responsive and responsible Bidder(s). Samples will not be returned.
Section III Bidder(s) must complete, sign, and submit the ITB Bidder’s Representation and Declaration Submittal Form With Local Preference to be considered for an award.
