Full Description

The U.S immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) hereby provides notice of a sole source award to RELX Inc doing business as Lexis Nexis at 9443 Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, OH 45342. Lexis Nexis will provide ICE detainees an online law library, inclusive of legal materials and resources, via 250 customized and quarterly updated external hard drives (EHDs) and 45,000 online custom interface applications for use on ICE provided tablets. The awarded amount for this 12-month base + one 12-month option year requirement is $972,000. This sole source contract action was awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement in the future may be based upon responses to this notice and will be solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. The associated redacted sole source justification is attached.
