Solicitation # 387
The Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE) is seeking a consultant to modernize HIV surveillance resources for state, Tribal, local, and territorial (STLT) health departments. The primary objectives include updating the CSTE HIV Surveillance Coordinator Orientation Manual to create a standardized onboarding resource and developing implementation materials for three to five CDC HIV technical guidance files.
