The indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract will be for a base period plus up to four option years, unilaterally exercisable by the Government. The trees to be removed are old fence rows, wind rows, farmstead tree lines and forested areas along the river. Contractor will leave stumps 2-3 in height and will remove all debris exceeding 1 diameter and 5 in length. Work will be completed within four (4) weeks of task order issuance.
