IFB# 2017267 Motor St. Parking Garage Brick Screen

Parkland Health and Hospital System has issued Invitation for Bid IFB# 2017267 for the removal of a deteriorated architectural brick screen and the installation of a new commercial welded wire security panel system at the Motor St. Parking Garage. The project involves an area approximately 18 feet 10 inches wide by 24 feet 4 inches high. The selected contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and engineering, including demolition, structural framing, anchorage, and finishes. A contingency allowance of 2,500 dollars is included in the bid structure. Award will be granted to the lowest priced, responsible bidder who meets all minimum requirements and provides pricing at or below reasonable market rates.
