Solicitation # 2027-027
The City of Lynchburg, Virginia, is soliciting bids for the CSO 70 Sewer Improvements project, which is funded by the Virginia Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund. The scope of work involves installing approximately 1,200 linear feet of new 24-inch interceptor sewers, abandoning existing 12-inch interceptor sewers, and replacing 15-inch and 30-inch sewer sections. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a submission deadline of December 8, 2026. Bidders must provide a bid bond for 5 percent of the base bid amount and submit a comprehensive package including statements of experience, available resources, and corporate status.
