State of California IFB Multiple Provider Identify, Evaluate, and Remove Hazardous Waste (San Diego and Imperial Counties) Tender # 11A4390 Closing Date : 09/24/2026 at 14:00 PM Contact: Contact: Phuong Vu Phone: 279/234-2385 Email: phuong.vu@dot.ca.gov Details: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, parts, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide emergency and routine identification and removal of hazardous waste and materials, including but not limited to, underground storage tanks, containers, drums, and similar items (collectively, ¿hazardous waste and materials¿), discovered within the limits of the State right of way to Caltrans. The services shall be performed at various locations throughout Caltrans District 11, in San Diego and Imperial Counties. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services. This is an as-needed service request based Multiple-Provider Agreement. Two (2) contractors may be awarded an agreement as a result of this solicitation. The documents and files attached to this solicitation do not have any updates for digital accessibility at this time.
