State of California IFB No 132843 Range Road Repair Phase II - Camp San Luis Obispo Tender # 0000040311 Closing Date : 09/24/2026 at 14:00 PM Contact: Contact: Robert Hawkins Email: Robert.hawkins@cmd.ca.gov Details: The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to complete civil rehabilitation, road widening, and stormwater drainage infrastructure upgrade along San Benito Road. The final delivery must be a fully functional, modernized roadway that complies with federal, state, and environmental permit requirements. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 132843, Camp San Luis Obispo Rang Roads Repair Phase II and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 9/14/2026, at 2:30 PM at Camp San Luis Obispo, 10 Sonoma Avenue, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project.
