IFB Roll Up Door Repair and Maintenance Services in Shasta, Butte, Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Siskiyou, Tehama, and Trinity Counties

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, tools, licenses, permits, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide routine and non-routine roll up door repair and maintenance services at twenty-three (23) locations in District 02, and a final adjustment of all installed equipment. Contractor shall schedule and perform annual service for roll up doors at each location under the direction of Caltrans Contract Manager. Locations are at existing Caltrans Maintenance Stations (MS). Work shall generally consist of providing repairs and testing of roll-up doors, tracks, operators, and related components.
Bidder must be properly licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and shall possess a valid, current Class A-General Engineering Contractor license or a C61-Limited Specialty/D28-Doors, Gates, and Activating Devices Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB).
Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
