The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) sends and receives high volumes of time sensitive mail daily. Many of the incoming and outgoing mail contains sensitive and time-restricted information. To ensure that the distribution and security of mail containing sensitive personal information and high-volume incoming checks are received and delivered in a timely manner, DIR requires a contract with a courier service to pick up and deliver mail at various DIR offices. The contract term shall be for thirty-six (36) months.
