IFB Tree Trimming, Pruning, & Removal Services, Los Angeles & Ventura Counties

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is soliciting bids for tree trimming, pruning, and removal services within Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform thinning, skirting, and the removal of shrubs, vines, and trees, including palm trees. Key technical requirements include maintaining a 17-foot vertical clearance over traveled ways and shoulders and ensuring visibility for highway signs and safety devices. While above-ground removal is required, stump grinding or removal is explicitly prohibited.
