IFB27-004 North Glynn Restroom Upgrades

The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia, is soliciting lump sum bids for facility upgrades to six restrooms, consisting of three men's and three ladies' facilities, at the North Glynn Recreation Complex in Brunswick. The project encompasses renovations at the baseball, softball, and football/soccer complexes and includes the demolition of flooring, countertops, partitions, lights, mirrors, sinks, valves, and toilets, while requiring the removal and re-installation of men's urinals. All work must be performed in a workmanlike manner, adhere to the Georgia State Minimum Standard Building Code, and ensure ADA compliance for door hardware and auto-shut off sink faucets. The selected vendor is responsible for all materials, labor, and the disposal of demolished items, with a requirement that all facilities be open for use by March 1, 2027.
