IHS- Oklahoma City Area - Call Detail Recording

The Indian Health Service, under the Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking a one-time purchase of a three-year subscription for a Call Detail Recording system through a Request for Quotation (IHS1524688) issued as a total small business set-aside under FAR 19.5, with the NAICS code 513210 and a size standard of 500 or fewer employees. The requirement is for a comprehensive Call Detail Recording system to support approximately 2,800 devices across multiple Indian Health Service facilities in Oklahoma, including the Oklahoma City Area Office, Lawton Indian Hospital, Anadarko Indian Clinic, Carnegie Indian Clinic, Clinton Indian Health Center, El Reno Health Center, Haskell Indian Health Center, Pawnee Indian Health Center, Watonga Health Center, and Wewoka Indian Health Center. The system must integrate with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and deliver detailed call reports including 911 call usage, soft phone versus hard phone comparisons, administrator tracking of abnormal call terminations, and cluster-wide utilization metrics, along with fully customizable dashboards featuring drag-and-drop layouts, permalinks, permissions-based access, real-time notifications for dropped or emergency calls, and utilization charts. The contractor must provide initial installation and configuration support, technical end user training with written documentation, and ongoing customer support with a 48-hour response time. The contract will be awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable basis, with technical acceptability contingent on the offeror’s demonstrated ability to support multiple locations within Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.
