The Government reserves the right to award to the supplier whose offer represents the best value to the Government. (4) PPIRS-SR classifications are generated monthly for each contractor and can be reviewed by following the access instructions in the PPIRS-SR User's Manual found at https://www.ppirs.gov/pdf/PPIRS-SR_UserMan.pdf. The PPIRS-SR User's Manual may be found at http://www.ppirs.gov/ppirsfiles/pdf/PPIRSSR_UserMan.pdf Questions concerning PPIRS-SR may be directed to the PPIRS Customer Support Desk at +1 (555) 000-0000.
