This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation: This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The procuring agency intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement, delivery, and installation of a complete, turnkey Audio-Visual (AV) system.


Contract Type: This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) procurement.


CLIN Structure:


CLIN 0001: INIC Turnkey Audio-Visual System. Quoters shall provide a firm-fixed-price for all hardware, materials, and incidental services required to deliver and install a complete and functional AV system in accordance with the Purchase Description below.


Requirement: A detailed description of the required supplies and incidental services is provided in the "Schedule of Supplies/Services" section below. All items must be new, fully compatible, and integrate into a single functional system. Key compliance requirements include the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and JITC certification for specified components.


Award Basis: The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the respon5610sible vendor, whose quote, conforming to the RFQ, is determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, with consideration given to technical acceptability and price.

A site visit is scheduled for June 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT at BLDG.7 on Stout Field.

Required Information: Provide the full name and company affiliation for all proposed attendees in the RSVP.

A site visit is highly encouraged. Offerors are urged to inspect the site where the requirement is to be performed. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award (in accordance with FAR 52.237-1, Site Visit).

No oral statements made at the site visit are binding.
