Full Description

DLA Distribution has a requirement for Information Technology (IT) Support Services for on-site hardware, software, and technical support for DLA Information Operations at New Cumberland PA located at Puget Sound, WA for approximately 272 employees. The contractor will provide installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for existing desktops/laptops, printers, and peripheral and IT related pieces of equipment. In addition, the contractor will provide support for network/telecommunications to include: enhancement integration, maintenance, documentation, and training for the local area network (LAN) and the overall computing environment (CE). The government intends to issue a request for proposals for a base year of performance beginning 1 July 2014 and ending 30 June 2014. Additionally, there will be four (4) one (1) year options. The government intends to award a single award firm fixed price contract for a base year period of performance and four (4) one (1) year options for the information technology support services referenced above. This solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. A reverse auction may be conducted. As soon as offerors are notified of the auction they are encouraged to access the Procurex system, register and review the Reverse Auction tutorials at https://dla.procurexinc.com to learn how to participate in an auction. This is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside. The applicable NAICs code is 541513. The size standard is $25,500,000.00. All interested and responsible parties may submit a proposal that will be considered by DLA Distribution.
