The Federal Bureau of Investigation intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price/labor hour contract for one year, with Applied Information Sciences, Inc., 11400 Commerce Park Drive, Reston, VA 20191, under Request for Quote (RFQ) number RFQ-OSCU-0019831. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Applied Information Sciences is to provide the Federal Bureau of Investigation with software maintenance, enhancements, and helpdesk support for the Government Employee's Training Act (GETA) Training Management System (GTMS). It has been determined the FBI's requirement for the referenced service can only be provided by Applied Information Sciences, Inc for proprietary purposes. GTMS was custom developed by Applied Information Sciences, Inc. to adequately maintain and enhance the system requires the expertise of the original vendor. This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR Part 8 and is not a request for competitive quotes, however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements may submit a capability statement not later than September 16, 2015 at 3:00 PM (EST) to Point of Contact Rhonda P. Perry, Federal Bureau of Investigation at Rhonda.Perry@ic.fbi.gov with reference to RFQ-OSCU-0019831.
