Fresno County has approved Amendment Application No. 3842 and Classified Conditional Use Permit Application No. 3682, identified by Agency File No. IS 7879. The project involves rezoning 23.61 acres across three parcels (APNs 316-071-36, 38, and 75) from the AL-20 Limited Agricultural Zone District to the M-3(c) Heavy Industrial Conditional Zone District to allow for limited industrial uses. Additionally, a Conditional Use Permit was granted to expand soil amendments, warehousing, and distribution from an existing fertilizer manufacturing facility located on a 4.12-acre parcel (APN 316-071-37) onto the 3.46-acre and 0.5-acre parcels. The project site is located at 2976 S. Peach Avenue, at the northwest corner of S. Peach and E. North Avenues in Fresno, California.
