This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Small Bussiness Set-Aside, and Brand Name or Equal (FAR 52.211-6) solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a request for quotation. Submit offers on RML-RFQ-12019. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 dated July 26, 2012. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339999 and the size standard is 500 employees. Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML) is a state-of-the-art bio-medical research facility that requires the replacement of existing cages and disposable supplies which must be compatible with existing InnoVive System. SCHEDULE: The following items are needed: 1) 15,000 Innocage IVC Single Filter Mouse (set); 2) 15,000 IVC Innocage Mouse (bottom only); 3) 4,000 Innocage IVC Dual Filter (pre-bedded alpha-dri set); 4) 4,000 Innocage Bottom Only (pre-bedded alpha-dri); 5) 16,000 Mouse Feeder (extended-use); 6) 32,000 Aquavive Mouse Water Bottle (empty); 7) 5544 Aquavive M-WB-300, pre filled, Irradiate; 8) 4000 Aquavive Rat Water Bottle (empty); 9) 2000 Rat Feeder, Extended Use; 10) 2000 Innocage Dual Filter Rat, top and bottom; 11) 2000 Innocage Rat, bottom only; 12) 500 Universal Cage Card Holder and 10) Shipping and handling cost. FOB Point shall be Destination, Hamilton, MT. Delivery location is Rocky Mountain Laboratories, 903 S. 4th Street, Hamilton, MT.
