Non-Personal Services: The Air Force intends to issue a contract to flexible Lifeline Systems, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (i.e. belt, vest), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to perform Annual Safety Inspections, Certification and Maintenance Support Services on the Fall Protection Systems located in aircraft hangars at various locations on Tinker AFB, OK. The equipment list is in Appendix A. A Commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with a Time & Materials Line item is contemplated. The proposed Basic Period of Performance is 10 Jan 2011 through 09 Jan 2012. The proposed Option I Period of Performance is 10 Jan 2012 through 09 Jan 2013. The Proposed Option II Period of Performance is 10 Jan 2013 through 09 Jan 2014. The estimated award date is Jan 07, 2011. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award.
