Full Description

The 166 Airlift Wing Contracting at New Castle County Airport, DE intends to award a sole source contract to Delmarva Power, PO Box 9239, Newark, DE 19714. The service requested is to install 12Kv lines to include; replacement of two poles, relocation of 12Kv switches, termination of three phase primary underground cables and extension of three phase aerial line. Reference number is W912L5-09-R-0002. NAICS is 237130, size standard is $31,500,000.00. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to affect installation ensuring compliance is in accordance with Local, State and Federal laws. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified service, they must respond to this notice before 1500 hrs (central time) on, 2 January, 2009.
