Full Description

Project will perform the following: 1] Install new Wet Pipe Sprinkler System at Facility 911 approx. 2,601-sq. ft. building, 2] Install and tap new 6" dia. CPVC underground pipes from nearest existing fire water line to the exterior wall of F-911 approx. 55-lf. complete with fittings and accessories. 3] Install new sprinkler system components and riser complete with all required accessories, 4] Excavation, backfill and compaction works for fire water connection, 5] Demolition and restoration of affected concrete pavement, 6] Removal, save and reinstallation of acoustic ceiling system and 7] Fabrication/ construction of exterior enclosure for the new fire sprinkler riser, 8]. Remove and re-install affected lighting fixtures during installation of fire protection system, 9] Install wall mounted step down dry type transformer complete with accessories and 10] Install fire alarm system complete with addressable Fire alarm control panel, remote annunciators & local operating consoles, interface panel, MNS Audio evacuation panel, peripheral devices, conduits, wires, fittings support and accessories.
