1. Design and provide complete wet type sprinkler fire suppression system for F-947, complete with main water supply piping, riser assembly, post indicator valve, sprinklers, isolation valves, check valves, fittings, hangers, seismic supports and all necessary devices for complete operational system. 2. Provide one (1) additional Fire Hydrant if necessary for the complete requirements base on UFC and NFPA Standards. To be determined by Fire Protection Design Engineer. 3. Design and provide Fire Alarm System complete with all required devices such as pull station, notification devices, fire alarm control panel, supervisory control for sprinkler devices, system transmitter, initiating devices, wires, conduits, seismic supports and all required accessories. 4. Concrete cutting, excavation, laying of new water supply piping, valve box, isolation valve, welding, trust blocks, bollard supports are included in the scope of work. 5. Perform hydro-test, leak testing, pipe cleaning/ painting of all steel supports and piping in accordance to color coding standards. Provide complete tagging and labelling for all fire protection components. 6. Perform complete testing, commissioning works and functional test.
