The Department of General Services (DGS) is issuing this Invitation for Bid in order to Create access and install a new a hydronic duct heater with a rated capacity equal to or exceeding 100 kw in the duct downstream of AHU G-1, to serve as reheat for dehumidification at the 100 Community Place, Crownsville, MD 21032, 3rd floor. DGS expects the Contractor to include in their bid, complete brand-new parts, removal, and disposal of all trash. DGS expects the Contractor to leave the work area clean and free from any debris, liquid, or trash. Ensure all safety measures are met for installation and repairs. The System shall be returned to normal function before DGS determines completion of the project.
