Install Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) at 14 High-Pedestrian -Volume Uncontrolled Crosswalk Locations

The City of Anaheim, through its Department of Public Works, is soliciting bids for project RCP2026-23926 to install solar-powered Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) at 14 high-volume uncontrolled crosswalks near schools, parks, and trails. This state-funded project under ATP Cycle 6 involves the furnishing and installation of RRFB units featuring 10-gauge aluminum housings, UV-resistant polycarbonate optics, and solar power systems with maintenance-free AGM lead-acid batteries.
