The U.S. Embassy Kingston anticipates issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the demolition, removal, replacement, and installation of a double sliding security gate and controller assembly at the Embassy compound's parking lot on Bamboo Avenue in Kingston, Jamaica.


The anticipated scope of work includes, but is not limited to:


* Demolish and remove existing gate, controller and track assembly in all its entirety
* Construct plinth for gate controller and repair surface of wheel way
* Install replacement gate and controller assemblies according to design specifications
* Install safety components and signage as requiredThe successful contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidental services necessary to complete the project.
