The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) on behalf of the ProgramExecutive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, andIntelligence (C4I) Integrated International Program Office (PMW 740) intends toaward a sole source contract to Techno-Science, Inc. (TSi), 11750 BeltsvilleDrive, Beltsville, Maryland 20705-3194 pursuant to authority 10 United StatesCode (U.S.C.) 2304 (c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1.The proposed contract will be for the construction, installation and systemoperational verification testing of one Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) CoastalSurveillance Station (CSS) and associated Grid Free Hybrid Power System (GFHPS)along the Sulu and Sulawesi Seas in Malaysia with equipment previously procuredunder TSi contract N6601-07-C-0146 and for the procurement of miscellaneousequipment, i.e. batteries.
