The City of Byron is seeking proposals from qualified firms, contractors, or joint ventures to provide comprehensive administration, engineering, inspection, and construction services for its Stormwater Program. The selected partner will manage the operation of the City's Stormwater Utility, which includes five basins, ten contributing outfalls, 57 stormwater management facilities, and approximately 16 miles of pipes and culverts. The scope of work is divided into four primary tasks: program administration and NPDES compliance, engineering and inspection including GIS updates, and general public works support for small projects.
