Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to replace approximately 50 feet of duct insulation on the PACT roof of Building 1.  Contractor shall field verify all dimensions.


  • Shall remove and dispose of existing identified damaged insulation.
  • Shall install 2” FSK fiberglass duct board.
  • Shall rejacket the whole duct with aluminum guard.
  • Shall seal insulation to prevent water intrusion.
  • Shall follow all pertinent OSHA safety requirements.

All work to be completed at the VA- Northern Indiana Health Care Systems – Fort Wayne Campus, 2121 Lake Avenue. Fort Wayne, IN 46805-5100.


         Work to be completed within 60 calendar days from contractor receipt of notice to proceed.
