The 72d Air Base Wing Communications Directorate is surveying the commercial vendor community for all interested parties in the intended procurement of support for the current Integrated Data Information Manager (IDIM) system and general Teamcenter support. The IDIM is a custom application developed using Seimen's Teamcenter Enterprise 2007 to support technical data management throughout Tinker AFB, OK. The proposed effort is a services support task that will involve the IDIM and underlying Teamcenter Enterprise 2007. The IDIM system utilizes two (2) application Server(s) that are connected a clustered ORACLE environment for the database and includes BPE, JAVA, .NET, Oracle Application Server (OAS) and Windows Server 2003. It is requested that any responses to this address the products above and the vendor's ability to configure/program/sustain the IDIM system and Teamcenter in general. The post implementation support includes management of the IDIM and underlying Teamcenter functionality to include installing updates and/or new software modules, changing parameter settings, implementing command line and Macro configurations, troubleshooting any software issues and making the appropriated corrections, being able to create new reports as needed, and assisting in the continued Certification and Accreditation (C&A). Depending on the experience of the potential source, this support may also include expansion of the IDIM and/or Teamcenter system over a larger geographic area and/or additional custom Teamcenter functional application implementations. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award, or be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties in support of the effort mentioned above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.
