--Intent to Award Sole Source Bridge Contract to CORDEV Corp. to operate and maintain the Administrative Telephone System at Ft Bliss Texas.

The Government plans to award a sole source bridge contract to Cordev Corporation for Information Management Communication Services, specifically to support and maintain Administrative Telephone Services at Ft Bliss, Texas. This noncompetitive contract, justified under FAR 6.302-1, is intended to provide continuous service while allowing sufficient time to competitively procure the follow-on Ft Bliss ATS Services contract among the IMCS II IDIQ awardees. The contract will be effective from April 1, 2009, through May 31, 2009, and there will be no solicitation issued for this interim period.
