Full Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Fort Meade, Maryland intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Chameleon Integrated Services, 3207 Washington Avenue St. Louis, MO 63103. This contract action is considered a bridge contract action. The scope encompasses the full range of operational support capabilities that are required by DISA to operate, maintain, and modernize the Agency's Information Technology (IT) Enterprise. The objectives are to: - Consolidate, operate, maintain, and secure the 4th Estate Network Optimization environment - Extend and integrate 4th Estate IT services leveraging the existing DISA Commodity infrastructure - Transition existing IT network infrastructure to Joint Regional Security Stacks (JRSS) - Strengthen CyberSecurity and streamline solutions using industry best practices - Reallocate savings to invest in next generation solution to increase network readiness and enable lethality across the domain - Promptly Resolve IT Network Components Incidents, Problems and Events - Engineer and Deploy Network Improvements & Enhancements without Customer Impact - Provide 4ENO integration schedules with little to no interruption to the support mission - Provide 4ENO integration schedules that provide satisfactory service capabilities - Implement 4ENO migration into the DODNet This is not a request for competitive proposals. Requests for copies of this solicitation will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to perform the required services. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to the Justification and Approval (J&A). A Justification and Approval (J&A) for sole source by the Government will be posted and made available no later than 14 days after contract award.
