The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001- 911-RMS Sustainment Services to provide ongoing emergency 911 call delivery service and sustainment of existing AT&T's 911 Routing and Management Service (911-RMS) at NSA Bethesda 911-RMS (Routing and Management Service) ITEM 0002 Travel Travel to Bethesda to perform services. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
