NOTICE TO SOLE SOURCE
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Altana Technologies, Inc. located at 134 North 34th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11249-3296 for the acquisition of access to the Altana Forced Labor Tool (AFLT). This software-as-a-service is offered exclusively by Altana Technologies, Inc. In accordance with FAR 5.201, vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 15 "Contracting by Negotiation." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 511210. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. A Request for Proposal (RFP) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is June 22, 2026, 2026 at 10:00AM Eastern Time. All submissions should be submitted electronically to christina.b.jackson@cbp.dhs.gov.
