Intent to Sole Source - Olink Reagents

The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center intends to sole source the procurement of Olink reagents from Olink Proteomics Inc. due to the exclusive compatibility of these reagents with the Olink Q100 Instrument, which is manufactured solely by Olink and cannot be used with reagents from any other vendor. This procurement is justified under 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, as Olink is the only responsible source capable of meeting the agency’s requirements, and no alternative supply exists that would satisfy operational needs.
