This notice serves to announce the intent of the 81st Contracting Squadron to award a sole source non-personal service contract for safeTALK T4T and safeTALK materials for the 81 Training Wing at Keesler Air Force Base, MS.
The proposed contract action is for a service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.104-2 and FAR 12.102(a), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement.
