This notice serves to announce the intent of the 81st Contracting Squadron to award a sole source non-personal service contract for safeTALK T4T and safeTALK materials for the 81 Training Wing at Keesler Air Force Base, MS.



The proposed contract action is for a service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.104-2 and FAR 12.102(a), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to LivingWorks Education USA Inc.



The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 611710 (Educational Support Services) and the size standard is $24M. The acquisition will be awarded as a commercial service using Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services under the authority of FAR part 12.



The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of soliciting with only one source. The period of performance for this requirement is estimated to be 01 Aug 2026 – 30 Sep 2026, with no option periods, for a total performance not to exceed 2 months.
