The US Department of the Treasury, Procurement Services Division intends to intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13) with Syntellect Inc, 2095 W Pinnacle Peak Rd STE 110, Phoenix, AZ 85027. Synellect is the only responsible source that can provide maintenance/licenses and custom reports to their Customer Interaction Manager solution (CIM). The OFAC Call Center was developed on CIM, which is an exclusive product of Syntellect. As a result, only Syntellect can provide support and maintenance for the following: Base System License, Support Software, Voice Interface, Speech Recognition License, Concurrent Voice Seat License, Limited Voice Seat License, IQM Server License, IQM Voice Recording Agent License, Fax Server License, Customer Directed Faxback License, Agent Initiated Fax License, PIKA Inline MM 4L 4-Port Analog Card, 8-Port Analog Card, Brooktrout 8-Port Analog Fax Card. Cold Standby System: Cold Standby System License, Fax Server License, Customer Directed Faxback License. Test & Development System: Base System License, Support Software, Voice Interface License, Additional Port License, Speech Recognition License, Concurrent Voice Seat License, IQM Server License , IQM Voice Recording Agent License, Fax Server License, Customer Directed Faxback License, Agent Initiated Fax License. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product.
