Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Internal Audit and Evaluation Consultant Services: AUDIT2022, Service Standing Offer Agreement, Ottawa, OntarioDefence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” internal audit and evaluation professional services with the majority of the work being carried out at its Head Office location in Ottawa, Ontario, however the audit work will require occasional visits to Regional and Site offices across Canada.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.The SOA will be for a period of five (5) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 400,000.00. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 10,000.00 and $ 50,000.00.
