Asynchrony Hubzone, LLC possesses recent experience with the Envoke chat system in DCTS. Asynchrony Hubzone, LLC has: • Created a secure instant messaging system capable of integrating into legacy systems (DCTS) • Created encrypted file transfer capabilities within the DCTS • Created federated collaboration server architectures • Adhered to and was able to create JITC (Joint Interoperability Test Center) certified software • Created bridge software to various collaboration tools on a tactical network • Created highly security framework for tactical environments. • Participated in the Collaboration Interoperability Working Group on a regular basis The Government has determined that the nature of the security and system vulnerabilities inherent in today’s chat system within DoD and the Navy warrant an urgent need to resolve these issues as soon as possible. The need to produce near-term solutions requires that action be taken immediately. Asynchrony Hubzone, LLC, is the only source that can perform the contractual effort without substantial duplication of cost to the Government, and without unacceptable delays in the delivery of the desired capabilities. The contract Period of Performance is 3 years (1-year base; 2-year option). The estimated value of the contract is NTE $3 Million, including the option. Note 22 applies.
