F--Invasive Plant Motorized Treatment for Grand Teton

This contract is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) vehicle for invasive plant motorized treatment services within Grand Teton National Park, set aside exclusively for small businesses under NAICS code 561730 with a size standard of $9.5 million in average annual receipts. The base period runs from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with two one-year option periods available, extending the total potential performance period to three years. The contract has a maximum estimated value of $349,000 over the full term, with a minimum guaranteed initial task order of $40,000. Work involves surveying and applying herbicides to noxious weeds using motorized equipment across designated areas within the park, primarily around Moose, Wyoming. The Government supplies all herbicides and adjuvants, while the contractor is responsible for labor, equipment, and compliance with strict environmental protocols including triple rinsing of containers, prohibition of mixing or storage within 150 feet of water sources, and immediate spill response procedures. Performance is evaluated based on a 90% minimum kill rate for targeted plant species, measured through ocular inspection and supported by daily treatment records and electronic GPS tracking; failure to meet this standard results in reduced payment or nonpayment.
