The Marketing and Communications Department requires access to specialized external service providers to support its corporate marketing, advertising, branding, and communication initiatives across the organization. These services are required on both an ongoing and ad hoc basis to supplement its internal resources, provide specialized expertise, and support timely execution of the team’s strategies. The purpose of this PQR is to identify and qualify organizations that have the expertise to deliver a range of marketing and communications services. The pre-qualified vendor list will enable efficient procurement of services, improve responsiveness to business needs, and provide access to qualified suppliers with demonstrated expertise across multiple marketing disciplines. The successful Proponents will become IAC’s “preferred vendors” and will be issued a three (3) year Master Services Agreement that IAC may commission in the future. Due to the “as and when needed” nature of this initiative, IAC cannot guarantee any minimum level of expenditure commitment to preferred vendors.

Technical evaluations will focus on the statement of work, project management approach, and the vendor's ability to meet the strict February 2027 completion deadline.
