The purchaser must cut and remove all unmarked trees except those identified with blue paint by the Installation Forester, ensuring stumps are cut no higher than 12 inches on the uphill side and merchantable material is removed to a 6-inch top. All road and skid trail construction is restricted to slopes of 25 degrees or less, and mechanized operations are prohibited on wet or muddy ground to prevent damage exceeding 6 inches of rutting. Harvesting is limited to five days per week—Monday through Friday, excluding holidays—with operations subject to suspension due to military activities, fire risk, or environmental protections, including cultural or endangered species requirements.
